Pre-appropriation opposition movement in North East New Territories

While the Financial sub-committee of the Legislative Council is reviewing the budget plan for developing the northeastern New Territories new towns in June 2014, numerous local inhabitants protested outside the Legislative Council building and requested withdrawal of the project. During the days, Guard Alliance provided all-rounded security services to ensure the safety and the smoothness of the demonstration.

    

          

2014 Hong Kong Youth Music Festival

This year’s festival themed “Light Young Dreams in May” was held at Central and Western District Promenade on 30 May 2014, exhilarating performances were brought to our city.

Over 13,000 audiences joined in to enjoy the feast, including Chief Executive Mr. Leung Chun-ying attended the opening ceremony. The festival aims to build up an Asia musicians’ platform also attracted youth performers who come from different countries in Asia.

JSG provided a full range of protection to the event.

A job fair was held by Labour Department on 15 & 16 May. 2,800 vacancies were provided by 54 organizations which are in several industries. Guard Alliance Limited, one of our subsidiaries was the security provider to secure the environment for the fair.
